A week past didn't hear anything from them. So I called and was informed that my appointment would be March 5. I called in late for work to make sure I was home for the technician to service my home. No one showed. So I called and was informed that my appointment was reschedule without my knowledge. Very disappointed for it to be my first time getting service from Terminex.
