- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 13, 2019, by Barney L BradyBought 2 TV's. $1000.00. Both went kaput within 13 months. Went to Sears to discuss the problem. I didn't purchase the high dollar warranty. Rude and pompus employee seemed to enjoy telling the equivalent of "tough luck". Smiled when he said it. Left with a severe case of "the reds". And no, I haven't been back!
