  Haven't found a good, trustworthy jeweler in this town yet.... Dropped my engagement ring off for them to fix 2 of the prongs & when I went to pick it up, they had to ask me what it looked like because they didn't put my name on it & couldn't remember my name. Anyone could have walked out of there with my ring! Paid a ridiculous amount for 2 prongs to be fixed, around $50-60 if I remember correctly, then less than 6 months later the diamond fell out because the 2 prongs they supposedly fixed broke... Oh yeah, & they almost kept my credit card when I paid. I had to ASK for it back! Unprofessional all around...
