  One worker decided she was going to stare me down but never greeted me or asked if I needed help but she asked every other person in the store if they needed help. My mother heard another employee loudly accuse someone of stealing in front of other customers. I will no longer shop at bath and body works. Seems like they only hire nasty people

  We got here 10 minutes before and there was a customer already waiting. While waiting we called store no answer. Knocked . No answer. Ups even came to deliver while waiting.
