  I took my mother's ipad here because it would not start up anymore. They told me that it would be $20 for a hard restart (compared to $99 at Best Buy). I explained that I tried to update the system, they said it would be $30 for them to try that. I got a call later that day that they had tried four different things to fix the iPad, but it was beyond repair. I went to pick it up, they apologized twice for being unable to fix the iPad and didn't charge me anything for their service. The staff was very friendly and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
