I received a Huk XL shirt for a birthday gift. The shirt fit like a 2x. I went to Academy to exchange for a Large. There wasn't any more on the rack. So I decided to get a different Huk shirt that was $40. The tag on the shirt that I brought back was $68.95. When I went back to the cashier said would give me $19.95 for the exchange and I would pay the difference. I told her this wasn't right and this was a scam. She said sorry about that and didn't really care. I shop a lot at Academy I thought they better than this. This really ruin a nice birthday gift.

I wasn't able to find a pair of cleats in my son's size. Staff went online for me found the information and I was able to order the cleats from the store. Expedited shipping was only $3
